How much does project management cost?
Project management is $65/hour. Other services on the menu, like scans, site checks and building-inspection coverage, are quoted per job after a quick call.
Can you meet the building inspector for me?
Yes, for building inspections, with your OK as the permit holder and where the building department allows a representative. I meet the inspector at the scheduled time, walk them through the work and send you the result with photos. The permit, and responsibility for the work, stay with you. Plumbing, gas and electrical inspections stay with your licensed trades.
Are you licensed?
Yes: Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License CS-123658, Home Improvement Contractor #220484, and certified Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor.
What do I get from a Matterport scan?
A link to a measurable 3D model of the space that you can walk through and measure online. Contractors use it for bids, design, existing-conditions records and progress photos.
Do you do one-time visits or only ongoing work?
Both. Book a single building-inspection visit or site check, or hire me hourly to manage a job from start to finish.
Which towns do you cover?
