Who we are

What this website collects

• No tracking. We don't use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or rent personal information.
• No cookies of our own. The site may remember small preferences in your browser (for example, which project filter you chose); this never leaves your device.
• The contact form doesn't store anything. It prepares an email in your own email app. Nothing is sent to us until you press send, and the message then reaches us like any other email.

Information you choose to send us

When you email, call, text, or book a consultation, you may share your name, phone number, email, project address, budget, plans, photos, or 3D scan data. We use it only to:

• respond to you and schedule a walkthrough;
• prepare a scope, estimate, schedule, or contract for your project;
• coordinate permits, inspections, and licensed trades for work you hire us to do;
• keep records required by law (for example, contract and permit records).

We share project information only with people who need it to do your work — such as licensed subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and permitting offices — or when the law requires it.

Third-party services

• Calendly — "Book a free consultation" opens Calendly, which handles the booking under its own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — the site's typeface loads from Google, which receives your IP address the way any website request does (Google's policy).
• Instagram and Facebook — links to our social pages are governed by those platforms' policies once you leave this site.
• Website hosting — our host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.

Matterport scans and project photos

3D scans and photos of your property are used for your project. We'll only show photos of your home on this website or social media with your permission, and never with your address.

How we protect it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for your project and our legal records, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards consistent with Massachusetts data-security rules (201 CMR 17.00).

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (unless we must keep it by law). Email [email protected].

Children

This site is meant for adults planning construction projects and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
