Estimates and contracts

• Consultations and estimates are free and non-binding. Prices, timelines, and turnaround times mentioned on this site (for example, "usually within 48 hours") are typical, not guaranteed.
• No work begins and no price is final until you and Magno & Co LLC sign a written contract. Home-improvement work is performed under a written contract consistent with Massachusetts law, including M.G.L. c. 142A, and that contract — not this website — sets the scope, price, schedule, payment terms, warranty, and your cancellation rights.
• Permit and inspection outcomes depend on the local building department.

Licensing

Magno & Co LLC is registered as a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor (HIC #220484). Mateus Magno holds an unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL #CS-123658) and is a certified Massachusetts Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor. You can verify registrations and licenses through the Commonwealth's public license lookup at mass.gov. Specialty trades such as electrical and plumbing are performed by appropriately licensed professionals.

Photos, 3D designs and project history

• Project photos show work performed or managed by Mateus Magno, including some projects completed in partnership with other companies or while working with other firms. Credit for those projects is shared with the teams involved.
• 3D designs, scans, and renderings are illustrations to help you visualize a project. Final materials, colors, and dimensions are set in your contract and may differ.
• "$3M+ in projects renovated and managed" refers to the combined value of projects Mateus Magno has renovated or managed over his career.
• Sale prices mentioned for finished homes are public market results and are not a promise of value for your property.

Client reviews reflect individual experiences. Every project is different, and results vary.

Lead-safe work

Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint. When we renovate them we follow lead-safe work practices; specific testing, notices, and requirements for your home are covered in your contract.
