Magno & Co is a Massachusetts construction company based in Somerville. I came up through the trades — framing, finishing, building things with my own hands — and then learned to run the whole job: budgets, schedules, permits and the crews that make it happen.
Today I step in where most projects get stuck: between the idea and the finished space. Whether you bring finished plans or just a vision, I turn it into a plan, price it, pull the permits under my license, and manage every trade and inspection as your representative — until the project is 100% complete. To date I've renovated and managed over $3 million in projects, from a 3,747 sq ft whole-house renovation in Essex to kitchens, bathrooms, decks and a commercial salon build-out.
I hold an unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License, I'm a registered Home Improvement Contractor and a certified MA Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor, and I'm certified in project management through Buildertrend and Google. I speak English, Portuguese and Spanish, so nothing gets lost between you, your designer and the crew.
