## First consultation
- Price: Free
- 30-minute call or a walkthrough of your home. A written, line-item proposal usually follows within 48 hours.

## Bathroom refresh
- Price: $5,000–$12,000
- Standard 5x8 to 8x10 bath. Tub and wall tile stay; new vanity, toilet, trim, lighting, mirror, fan, paint, often new floor tile.

## Bathroom, mid-level remodel
- Price: $12,000–$18,000
- New tub or surround and wet-wall tile, floor tile, new shower valve and fixtures.

## Bathroom, full gut remodel
- Price: $19,000–$30,000
- Gut to the studs and subfloor, new lines where needed, waterproofing and permits.

## Bathroom with layout changes, or a larger primary bath
- Price: $30,000 and up
- Moving walls, drains or fixtures, or a larger primary bathroom.

## Kitchen remodel
- Price: Written quote after a walkthrough

- Flat fee for a defined scope, hourly, or a percentage of construction cost, depending on the job. You see the fee before you sign.

## Project management for other contractors
- Price: $65/hour
- Scheduling, ordering, site meetings, change orders and client updates. Other contractor services are quoted per job.

## How a quote works
- Free consultation (30-minute call or walkthrough).
