BBB ADU — Interior + Exterior

Built 1:1 from the vector PDF set (plans and elevations at 1/4"=1'-0"): a 22'-11" × 19'-2½" two-storey box under a 4:12 shed roof — low to the SOUTH over the patio (so the roof faces south for the solar panels named in the wall section), high to the NORTH over the entry — with a 7'-8" × 4'-9" notch at the north-east corner holding the entry deck and the balcony above it. The north strip beside the entry (bath / stair) sits under its own 1:12 lean-to canopy at ~19 ft, and the main north wall rises above that canopy in vertical siding to the 22'-5" shed wall top. Bedroom 09 gets a 3'-10½" × 11'-9" balcony on the west face on two posts standing on the patio. Standing-seam roof, skylight over the hall, 6"-exposure lap siding on the main volume, 8" lap on the north strip, vertical siding on the entry bay / east bay / wall above the canopy, 15-lite entry and balcony doors, cable rails. Note: the plans are drawn south-up (the designer's elevation labels confirm entry = north); sheet 6 is labelled "East" but is the west face. The interior follows sheets 4-5: open living / kitchen with the peninsula, bath, laundry, coat closet and water-heater chase; upstairs two bedrooms, the bathroom with the tub alcove, two closets, the hall under the skylight and the SHELVING built-in; the 14-riser stair turns twice (2 down from the hall, landing, 5 east along the north wall, 3 winders, 2 into the living room).
